,,,Rosen, who has not been charged in the case, was nonetheless the target of a search warrant that enabled Justice Department investigators to secretly seized his private emails after an FBI agent said he had “asked, solicited and encouraged … (a source) to disclose sensitive United States internal documents and intelligence information.”

Boy Scouts Change Membership Guidelines to Allow Homosexuals

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) have reversed their longstanding membership guidelines to allow homosexuals to join the organization.
In an email to CNSNews.com, the BSA public affairs office said the vote on the resolution to “remove the restriction denying membership to youth on the basis of sexual orientation alone” was passed with 61.44 percent in favor and 38.56 percent opposed.

OFFICIAL: HOLDER APPROVED WARRANT FOR FOX NEWS REPORTER'S EMAILS

A law enforcement official has told NBC News that Attorney General Eric Holder is the one who signed the search warrant for the private emails of Fox News reporter James Rosen. The warrant was signed under the guise that Rosen might be a "possible co-consiprator" in violation of the Espionage Act.
The law enforcement official said Holder's approval of the Rosen search, in the spring of 2010, came after senior Justice officials concluded there was "probable cause" that Rosen's communications with his source, identified as intelligence analyst Stephen Kim, met the legal burden for such searches. "It was approved at the highest levels-- and I mean the highest," said the law enforcement official, who spoke on condition of anonymity. He said that explicitly included Holder.

Group urges parents to keep kids home for Harvey Milk Day

Some parents in California say they will be keeping their kids home from school Wednesday because teachers plan to commemorate Harvey Milk Day.

Harvey Milk was the first openly gay person elected to public office in California.

Milk was elected to the San Francisco County Board of Supervisors in 1978. He is seen as a man who paved the way for future gay political leaders. Wednesday, students around the state will hear about his accomplishments.

DOJ Forces Federal Employees to Speak Out to Affirm Homosexuality

Tolerance is not enough. The Obama Administration is requiring federal workers to publicly embrace and affirm homosexuality. Last week a whistleblower from the Department of Justice (DOJ) contacted Liberty Counsel seeking help to protect her First Amendment rights.

The whistleblower sent us a copy of an email sent to all DOJ employees entitled: LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers. The directive requires employees to vocally affirm homosexuality. "DON’T judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval," the DOJ told employees. No longer can Christians quietly dissent or remain neutral to same-sex sexual relationships. Now the DOJ is requiring federal employees to affirm sexual behaviors that every major religion throughout history has deemed immoral.

IRS targeted conservative college interns

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) demanded information about conservative groups’ college-aged interns, prompting outrage from one of the country’s top conservative activist organizations and leading one former intern to wonder whether his family’s pizza parlor would be endangered.

The IRS requested, in an audit, the names of the conservative Leadership Institute’s 2008 interns, as well as specific information about their internship work and where the interns were employed in 2012, according to a document request the IRS sent to the Leadership Institute, dated February 14, 2012.

18-year-old lesbian charged for having sex with 14-year-old girl

The parents of an 18-year-old Florida woman, a high-school senior, who had sex with a 14-year-old girl say the charges brought against their daughter are about her sexual orientation, not age differences. They seek to have them dropped.
However, the Indian River County prosecutor who is handling the case, Bruce Colton, said the two charges of lewd and lascivious assault on a minor, are not related to the sexual orientation of Kaitlyn Hunt, the defendant in the case. He said that the issue is an adult having sex with a minor and the charges would be the same if the two were of the opposite sex.

When Attorney General Eric Holder appeared before the House Judiciary Committee last Wednesday to provide information on a variety of scandals plaguing the Obama administration, he was also questioned about whether he had ever enforced the federal Born Alive Infants Protection Act. Holder’s response was the same as it was 56 other times that day: “I don’t know.”

The White House press corps posed several angry questions to Obama administration spokesperson Jay Carney about the James Rosen case in his daily briefing Monday. The Washington Post revealed Sunday that Rosen, who works for the Fox News Channel, had been the target of unusual surveillance by the Department of Justice, which treated his reports on North Korea as potential crimes against national security.
